ADHD

ADHD (attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder) is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects things like attention, impulse control, and executive functioning which makes it difficult to stay organized, focus, or regulate behavior.
You may have ADHD if you are experiencing forgetfulness, inattention, excessive fidgeting or restlessness, difficulty completing tasks, impulsivity, challenges with time management or staying on task, and trouble following instructions. 


​Autism
Autism is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects how someone communicates, interacts socially, processes sensory information, and experiences the world.
You may have autism if you are experiencing differences in social communication, focused interests, repetitive behaviors or routines, preference for predictability, or sensory sensitivities. Please note that symptoms and support needs vary widely from person to person.


OCD
OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder) is a mental health condition where recurring, unwanted thoughts, urges, or images and repetitive behaviors or mental acts are performed to reduce distress or prevent a feared outcome.
​You may have OCD if you are experiencing excessive cleaning, checking, counting, arranging, reassurance-seeking, intrusive thoughts, and significant anxiety or distress that interferes with daily functioning.
