The Company:
We are a rapidly expanding group practice comprising independent, specialized, and experienced licensed/associate therapists. Our team provides individual and group services to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions. We work with adults, teens, couples, and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and relationship challenges. Our primary goal is to support our clients in achieving health, prosperity, and overall well-being.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other clinicians in the office for consultation and referrals. We offer flexible hours (you determine your schedule) and a flexible structure (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) that empowers you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We provide practice management software, a HIPAA-compliant video chat platform, insurance billing/credentialing services, case consultation, fully furnished offices (including a kitchen), and access to the building's gym and bike room. Whether you prefer meeting clients via Telehealth or in person, our office space is available to accommodate your needs. Additionally, we offer compensation rates higher than the industry standard.
At our practice, you can focus on your clients while we take care of the rest.

We are seeking a licensed or associate clinician with 2+ years of experience to join our community of therapists. If you aspire to start a private practice but are concerned about isolation or the challenges of insurance billing, we are an ideal fit for you. We cover business-related expenses and responsibilities, allowing you to concentrate on client work and maintain a healthy work-life balance. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, experienced in autonomous work, and capable of collaborative teamwork.
