Our Company:
Salus is a fast growing group practice of independent, specialized and experienced licensed therapists providing individual and/or group services to our clients via Telehealth and in person at our downtown Portland location (once COVID related restrictions allow). We work with adults, teens, couples/marriages, and families on issues around anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and relationship issues. Our focus is helping our clients find health, prosperity and well-being.
Our therapists have flexibility over their scheduling and structure of their practice (in-person, virtual or hybrid) giving them full control over their work life balance. We also offer higher compensation rates for industry standard.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced licensed therapist wanting to work in a private practice setting. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, has experience working autonomously and able to work collaboratively.
You will have opportunity to connect with the other clinicians in the office for consultation and referral sharing. Build your case load quickly with internal referrals! We offer flexible (you set your own) hours and provide practice management software, HIPPA compliant video chat platform, insurance billing/credentialing services, case consultation, access to gym and bike room as well as fully furnished offices (including kitchen). The office is available for you to meet with clients via Telehealth during the pandemic (and in person when COVID safety permits). Current available Telehealth office days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Weekend scheduling is available but not required.
You focus on your clients and we take care of the rest.
