I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to slow down and be honest with ourselves. Many people I work with feel caught in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, and constant self monitoring, especially during midlife when long held coping strategies stop working the way they used to. Therapy offers a steady, supportive space to pause, listen inward, and begin responding to life with more clarity and ease.
I support adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, grief, and life transitions. I am especially drawn to working with midlife clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves after years of holding it together for others. Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, tension in the body, difficulty resting, or a persistent sense that something is wrong even when life looks fine on the outside. You do not have to manage this alone.
My approach is somatic, mindfulness based, and trauma informed. I integrate practices drawn from ACT, DBT, self compassion, nervous system regulation, and body based awareness to help clients understand how anxiety lives in both the mind and the body. Rather than pushing symptoms away, we work with them gently, building capacity for steadiness, choice, and self trust. I am also currently exploring training in brainspotting as a way to deepen this work.
I strive to create a grounded, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where therapy moves at your pace. My work is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergence affirming, and anti-racist, with attention to how systems of power, identity, and lived experience shape stress, safety, and mental health. My background in creative practices, yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness shapes the way I work and supports a holistic approach to healing.
Reaching out for support is a meaningful step toward change. My goal is for therapy to feel calming, supportive, and genuinely useful, helping you feel more present, more connected to yourself, and better able to meet this season of life with care and confidence.
