Searching for “the right therapist” can add stress to the decision to begin therapy, and it’s understandable: we crave a genuine connection with someone we confide in regularly. It’s important to feel seen and understood, especially when we’re at our most vulnerable. I offer empathy, warmth, and humor in my sessions to create a space that feels authentic, safe, and supportive for my clients.
I approach my work through a person-centered, LGBTQ+ affirming, anti-racist, and trauma-informed lens, helping clients build resilience and greater meaning in their lives. I help adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, life transitions, perfectionism, burnout, and relationship issues to cope with emotional stressors, gain insight, improve self-confidence, and create small yet meaningful mindset shifts so they can move through life with self-compassion. My style is collaborative and tailored to each client's unique needs.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I prioritize getting to know you in order to determine how to best support you. Together we’ll work toward your goals through an integration of evidence-based practices, including person-centered, psychodynamic, narrative, IFS, DBT, and CBT therapies.
